What does the big C mean for you?

For many it means Christmas and when someone says the 'big C' then it's too early to mention the festive season.

When does the Christmas season start for you? For me it's when I see that first Christmas ad on TV.

For our little band of merry crochet folk the 'big C' also means Crochet and a time when our craft really comes into its own. When the nights start earlier and the air turns colder, what better way to spend the dark chilly evenings than to snuggle up on the sofa with your latest project (or two ssshhhhh, I won't tell).

If this is your first festive crochet then you're in for a treat. You can make many wonderful and unique gifts for family and friends and of course, for yourself.

This easy, but very very beautiful Christmas tree pattern is the perfect start.
